Requirements:
· Class A CDL
· Acceptable MVR per insurance established standards
- No more than 3 minor moving violations in the past 3 years,
with not more than one in the previous 12 months.
- No DWI/DUI convictions in the past 5 years
· Minimum age 23
· 2 years verifiable experience driving similar equipment
· Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen

Position Descriptions:
OVER-THE-ROAD DRIVERS
Our Over-The-Road Drivers have some of the best quality home time! We work very hard to get our drivers home almost every weekend. Often times, they make it home during the week as well. In addition, they are home for major holidays to spend time with family and friends.
OTR Drivers are paid practical miles and average 2300 miles per week.
CHICAGO DRIVERS
If you like being home everyday, then being a Chicago Driver is the ideal position for you. Chicago Drivers pick up truckload freight from various Wisconsin locations and deliver into Chicago, IL. Chicago Drivers work Monday – Friday.
Chicago Drivers are paid practical miles and also receive additional pay for running Chicago.
LOCAL DRIVERS
As a Local Driver for Valley Express, you too will be home everyday. Our local drivers operate out of our terminal in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. They pick up and deliver truckload freight within a 100-mile radius of the terminal.
The local drivers work an average of 45-50 hours per week, Monday-Friday; occasionally, they work Saturdays and/or Sundays too. Drivers are paid hourly and overtime is paid after 40 hours worked each week. We have opportunities also for weekend only drivers.
